Don't know if you're still looking but FEBL (www.febl.org) has an opening.

NOBS has a few openings (http://www.nobs-online.com/).
Very good competative league with a really tight financial system to create some competative balance and make it harder to keep dynasties up without more active mamangement.

Also one thing I love about NOBS is the live online first round of the ammy draft. Email commis if interested (nemman@cox.net).
