Fielding Problem ... attention Markus

In the bottom of the 10th inning my RF caught a foul ball for the second out ... allowing the runner on 3rd to tag up and score the game-winning run!

There was no throw to home plate and an error was not called on the play.

I think this is a problem with the AI's programming, so I'm calling it to the developer's attention. Obviously, the RF should have let the ball drop foul.

It might be a problem with the play-by-play instead (working under the assumption that the PBP is more colourful than what actually happened).

But I don't know.

Why would an error be called?

Probably a pbp problem. I don't believe the game actually has outfielders catching foul balls, it's related in the pbp in some occasions so it appears that way because it is a common occurence that I think the game neglected to have.

Amazingly enough, only seems to exist for right field as well... lazy left fielders.

Something I'll look at for next version, see if I can make it work a little better.

Thanks! If it helps, it was the sole run of the game and it was scored as an earned run without an associated rbi (which makes it seem like it was exactly as the PbP described.)

Course, with Manny. It would probably just pop out of his glove and roll down to the fence.
