No All Star Voting for MLB Roster 2007 v2.5 by Cubbyfan

I am in my second year of playing and when it came time for the All-Star Game I didn't have a roster. Worked fine in the first year but not second year. Also my Scouts no longer scout teams/organizations/countries, etc.
Is this a problem Cubbyfan has to fix??? Please help with my problem.

Can you try creating a new league from the beginning using the same set, check the All Star game settings in the league setup, then sim ahead to see if it occurs again?
