OOBL Looking for Two Owners to Manage EXPANSION TEAMS

The OOBL is looking for two new owners to add to the league to manage two new EXPANSION teams that will be added after our current season is over. The owners must be aware that you will probably not win right away due to the fact that your team will be put together with an expansion draft and those owners will have to endure a year or two of losing before you actually start to win and be competitive.

Both of the expansion teams will be put in the AL. One in the West and the other probably the AL Central.

We need owners who will stick it out and work with their teams for a few years. Don't want a revolving door on a team that will need attention.

I wold be interested in taking one of the expansion franchises. I would be willing to commit to sticking around, even with a losing team. However, I am NEW to online OOTP5, so there would be a learning curve at the beginning. If you can be a little patient with me, while I get up to speed on playing in an online league, I would love to join.

I am also interested in joining. While I just purchased OOTP5 yesterday, I do have a decent amount of experience with STB and STB2003. This will, however, be my first attempt at joining an on-line league, so it might take me a bit to get used to everything.

I am very active on-line and usually check my e-mail several times daily, so I think I will be able to keep up with the league. I also use AIM, which I noticed was used by most of the current managers in the league.

By the way, I should mention that we are using OOTP4.

The league had a vote and majority rules there. No OOTP5 for one more season so if you don't have OOTP4, no use in considering joining.

I've found a different league, so I'm withdrawing my application. Besides, I don't have OOTP4, so I guess that would have eliminated me anyway. Good luck finding players.
