Pinch Running Bug

This is a bug I've noticed since V4. If you attempt to pinch run for a baserunner with a pitcher, the computer interpets the pitcher coming into the game as a relief pitcher, instead of as a baserunner, but it the new pitcher/baserunner takes the place of the baserunner on the lineup screen. However, the original baserunner is still on the base when you return to the main game screen. I'm not sure, but I think the same thing happens then you attempt to pinch-hit with a pitcher in a bunting situation. Seems like something that would be pretty easy to patch.

I don't think this has anything to do with it, but my system is

Dell laptop, pentium II, 64 megs of ram...
