I have it set to create/upload as an archive. Then I extract on the server. You have to find out if your server allows serverside extracting, though.

As robster1225 says. If you have cPanel, you can go to the File Manager and extract after the archive has been uploaded. In which case, depending on your internet connection, takes only a few minutes or less to upload and extract.
If you still can't do it, all of the league sites at www.allsimbaseball.com get a nifty little button called "Extract Reports". Makes things easy for commissioners on sim day.

Well I'm using Plesk and I can't extract the files on server. But what I'm asking is what is actually checked in your game setup for the reports. And what you don't upload

I check and upload almost everything for my online league. Takes the game several minutes to generate but once archived, uploading is done in about 40 seconds.
EDIT: I don't upload history. Well, I do it once per year when the game consolidates and generates the history reports.

How much room are those history files occupying?
I'm up to about 80MB (and almost a half hour) to upload. I've seen several of you say that you upload the HTML reports from outside the game. Also, I don't know if it's a known problem or not, but my reports don't seem to overwrite on the server properly. I capped my server space this week, not realizing that there were multiple copies of files in the HTML reports folder. This is NOT a server issue, as I've been able to extract and overwrite properly on this server for years with 6.5, as well as other applications.

On a related note, what HTML files will repopulate if erased?
