Looking for Logos

I've got a fictional league going. I let the computer make all the names up. I'm wondering if there's a logo pack that encompasses the majority of cities and team names OOTP comes up with . . . Rail Kings, Sport, etc.

My site, www.planetootp.com has a program for the 2006 version of the game and another for the 2007 version of the game that will allow you to download the logo collections and then make it very easy to apply the logos to your league. You can search for the names and view logos to decide which is best for your teams.

With my software, you can do your entire league in several minutes, where it will take you hours by hand.

Shame on your for not mentioning this Thruth..

What's your program do? I've never found it that hard to name a logo and drop it in the right folder. Does it add something cool to this that I am missing?

In my sig are a couple of links to my logo collection. I used the official game nicknames as a search list for logos to create. Though I didn't find all of them, I sure did find a lot.

BTW, I think OOTP 2008 should have as standard fictional logos for each team. It would be pretty cool if the logos could be adjusted for color in the same manner as the unis in 2007.

I think that'd be cool too. If I remember right, this was discussed before and I think the big issue would be that all of the logos would have to be originals (because of copyright issues)... and there are so many nicknames that it would be a lot of work creating all of them.

My program allows you download the different collections (I have one giant collection), then with a simple couple of clicks, you can search as many collections as you want for the team nickname or team name and it renames it and copies over the logo. Or you can just browse though using a search pattern or just a letter to browse the logos.

OOTP will never release any logos with the game, as there are so many logos that could be copyrighted or trademarked, whatever they do and there would be no way to know if they were.

Someone could take the Mud Hens logo and change it a little, it could have an embedded watermark and we say good bye to OOTP 2008.

I don't worry about it, as since I have no big, huge meta money company standing up behind me and I am broke, that no one is going to sue me. And if they did, I would just pull an OJ and not pay.
