License problem

Hi

I used my two licenses to install bought on my desktop and laptop but I had a hard drive crash and wasn't able to unlicense the desktop version before formating. Now I cannot install ootp again on my desktop.

Who do I need to contact in order to get another license?

Assuming you're using a PC (not a Mac), you'll want to e-mail support@elicense.com and explain your situation to get your license(s) restored.

You will almost certainly need to provide them with your Order ID (VT-something) in the process.
