Problem with Player Pictures

I'm in an online league and have noticed some strange behaviour in the player pictures. There are some players who have their player picture (created use the in-game FaceGen option) updated on the website but not showing up in the game for me. I've talked with the commissioner and he has uploaded the player pics with the league file (and the pics show up for him in-game) and I have the most up-to-date download.

I've talked with other owners and one of them has the updated picture that I'm missing, and another doesn't. But it's particularly interested that the owner who does have the picture I'm missing is missing some that I have. In short, different owners have different player pics.

Any idea how this happened, and more importantly, how to fix it?

I know the player pics are stored in My Documents\Sports Interactive\OOTP Baseball 2007\data\Saved_Games\emlb.lg\news\html\images. But why am I (and some other owners) not getting the updated pics?

I have seen the same issue, so it isn't his computer or the commish. He might be SF & a dominate team, but we should still help him
