Where can I find the real 2007 MLB rosters?
I want to start with 2007, using the real existing MLB rosters, rather than 2006 using Lahmans.
However, all of the rosters I'm finding on the site are fictional rosters. Are there any real rosters for 2007? Thanks |

Every link I've found for rosters in this forum so far have been fictional. They say they're real, but when I look at my rosters after exporting/importing, no real players from MLB show up.
I tried the roster from padresfansmods today. It came up for me with fictional players. I saved the extracted files to my save games folder in My Documents under Sports Interactive also, just like the instructions I've found here. Still getting fictional players. At the very top of this forum is Cubby and Haveband's rosters. they are real players. All you have to do is find the last post by Cubbyfan and in his Signature is a link to his most current set

Something I'm doing in the export/import procedures is not working then.
I created a standard major league, then cleared the rosters. I then exported it. From there I'm screwing up, because when I do the import of one of their files, it comes up with fictional players. So I'm not doing something right after the initial export. |

Well the problem is you're doing the whole thing wrong. All you have to do is extract the zip file and then move the folder that ends in .lg into your saved games folder in the SI folder in your Documents folder. Then open the game and click on load saved game and it should be there. You dont have to do any importing and exporting.

Thanks. These instructions were the exact thing I was unable to find on the site. All I could find was instructions for OOTP2006, which were the import/export stuff.
