Looking for a League

I'm looking to get back into OOTP leagues using 2007, but i'd settle for a 6.5 league as well. I'm a die hard 6.5 player and former. I'm looking for a league with the following.

Real Player League no later than 2008 OR Historical League
Sim Schedule roughly 3 times a week, preferrably only during the week
Consistent simming and communication from the commssioner
No Frills like owner incentive points that allow editing of ratings
Good core of AIM active GM's

Hey im in the OTF league it uses MLB Rosters and the commish has some fun and unique ways to keep you interested. IF interested check us out:

Want a league that has a long standing on the internet look no further than MLIB. We have been around since 1993 and are using OOTP2007 and loving it. Check us out we have a few franchises available and we hope to see you in the fold. We sim twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Not only are you the manager but you run the whole show.
