Ummm, not to be ignorant or anything, but is there a file with all these updated and missing pictures in them? Or, what I think I have to do, go through them myself and add them into my photopack?

I am doing a complete overhaul and putting pics on a year by year basis. I am also going through a whole bunch (20,000+) of Minor League Baseball cards to try and get better pics. It will be released as soon as I do an audit. Lets say a month from now.

In looking through my pics for a Bob Bowman. I have come across the Robert Leroy Bowman who played OF from 1955 to 1959, pitching in 5 games in '59 for the Phillies. I cannot find a pic for Robert James Bowman who pitched for the Cardinals in '39-'40 and for the Giants in '41. Do I just not have this Bob Bowman myself or is this an actual missing player?
Rube Nevermind! He's the actual Robert Bowman. Last edited by Rube; 07-22-2007 at 01:49 AM. |

Thanks for the pics of Bob Bowman guys. I'm with Bill in his belief you guys are using a different internet. When I searched for Bob Bowman I got every Bob and Robert that Bowman Card Co. ever put out. (They never put out Bob Bowman, of course.)
Thanks again. Rube |

Bill, great work , as ever with Nehf and Walker, thank you. Nigel, do you think the your Braves will overtake the Mets?[/quote] I think staying healthy is a must, especially in respect of Smoltz and the now injury prone Chipper Jones (surely his future is at 1st). I don't rule out the Phillies yet, either. 3 teams with great offences and shaky pitching, I think it is still too early to even give a speculative answer to your question as all 3 go on both good and bad stretches. The Braves strength used to be the depth of their rotation, this year it has been their liability although Buddy Carlyle is a revelation. After the trade deadline I think we should have a better feel when we know which of any of the 3 has strengthened. I guess the bottom line at the moment is that as I have little confidence in the Braves bullpen I see no great reason to be optimistic. Last edited by UKBaseballfan; 07-23-2007 at 05:55 AM. |
