Well I just tested it WITH the Japanese league and we got a really clean run. I'm not sure how it'll be way down the road, but the first offseason was not messed up, with the big Japanese import being a closer (Fujita I believe) who went to the Rockies for two years, 5M per, and the only big American hopping ship being Morgan Ensberg for 3 years, 5.5 per to Hanshin I believe.

Wrapping things up now and I'll have it up in a few.

Ok i'm lost what do I do with the file once its downloaded. I have winzip and winrar and neither program will do anything with it. Am I missing something?

I'd still like to know if you are going to release an MLB/Minor only set. If not, is there a way to delete the Japan Leage/Feeder Leagues from the complete set?

Just put the MLB07 file in your save games log and load.

For example My shortcut is C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\MyDocuments\SportsInteractive\OOTP Baseball 2007\data\saved_games

I now have a quick question of my own! Are the distances and wall heights correct for every team? I'm not sure if anyone else had brought this up or not but Fenway park's wall height is definately wrong!

Note that these don't affect gameplay- only the ballpark factors matter. If you have fences that are fourteen miles from home plate, and you leave the ballpark factors alone, you'll see a lot of fourteen mile home runs. The ballpark dimensions are sometimes mentioned in pbp, however, so it would be a good thing if they were correct, but it's purely cosmetic.

Cubby, I have absolutely no problem what so ever sending you the file in league form or template form (whichever you prefer) just as soon as my internet gets back up at my house. Right now I'm at work and have no way of getting the file to you.

I went through and did all the color schemes for the college teams (112 to be exact) with logos. I went through and also renamed a majority of the collegiate ballparks to their real names. For example, Rice is now 'Reckling Park' rather than some random name.

I did not however tinker with the ballpark factors or change names on these high school or collegiate players to match some of the names that headlined this season's MLB draft. If you are interested in adding that in, that'd be great, but I also understand if it's not in there seeing as how the next year the names would all be created anyways.

But anyway, point is, soon as my internet at home gets back up, I will get it to you

See my problem is that when I downloaded the file from Filefront it comes to me named X6. And I try to unzip it but nothing happens. I can't to the MLB07 part. It just stays at X6.

Ok nvm I just realized what went wrong. My Download manager was screwing up the file. Trying the File now.

Oh also, if you don't want the ***, you can just delete it (and it's AAA affiliate) and then delete all FA's. Should work the same.

There's also a TON of leagues on the drop down for manager hirings, since redsoxford is out of town and unable to clean it up for me yet.

Has anyone created a world template for this roster set? Basically I wanted to recreate these leagues but with fictional characters. However when I've tried to save it as a world template I keep getting an error saying that I have an uneven number of teams in the Appalachian league. I've enabled inaugural draft so I get new players but I dont know what else to try! HELP!

Don't know if anyone else has tried this yet- but trying to add any type of feeder league has casued the game to crash and burn less than a week into the season....And I have no idea why....Hope this can be remedied somehow. Here I have waited all this time for a roster to set to add College and HS feeders too- and I can't even get out of January!!!

I have noticed alot of issues when you add feeder leagues to games that were originally created in previous versions of OOTP.
