Any Interest in a 70s/80s Historical Sim? - Page 2

Any start time is fine with me, but I'd prefer the early 70s.

Preferred teams:
1.) Phillies
2.) Orioles
3.) Giants
4.) Brewers
5.) Rangers

I'd be interested, depending on the rules and settings that are used. My team preferences are

1) Texas Rangers
2) Houston Astros
3) San Francisco Giants
4) Chicago Cubs

After a days debating and input from interested parties, I have decided to have the league first season be 1977.

Check out the first post for updated info...webpage is beginning development and file will be posted ASAP.

Only 10 members from a full league...Thanks guy for the interest and support for a league I've been looking for since I been playing online.

I am going to use the Lahman database as it seems to be the better of the two in my opinion. Plus 18 players are not joining lg with mlb ready stats, which can happen with Gambo

Decided to play through a few 77 Orioles games as a kind of spring training activity for myself.
Opening day against Texas and the O's were shut out on a 1 hitter by Gaylord Perry...lol
Just thought it was funny...took Baltimore until the 8th inning to get a hit...couldn't help but share

My team preferences based on what I think is still available:

2- Milwaukee
3- St. Louis
4- Whatever else is left, as I am a lifelong Kansas City Royal fan, and they are taken

Hey guys, molarmite decided to pass on the league...so Twins are now available as well as Atlanta.

If any one is interested in Clevelan or San Diego let me know...they may become available in time...as those owners have yet to check-in and register on the league forum.

Ok thanks for your interest though...so that leaves Cubs and Braves as available now and Indians, Padres, and Toronto on the TBA list based on those owners not check-in on our league's forum.
