License Error

Ok - I just bought a new computer (my third since I've bought the game) and I get an error that says that I used all of my licenses....since I am only going to play the game on the new gateway laptop that I bought - what do I do to install the game?

I'll assume that you didn't unlicense the game from your old computers? If you still have access to them, you can go to Control Panel -> eLicense Control -> Sports Interactive Ltd and right click Out of the Park Baseball 2007 and select Unlicense (assuming that you are using Windows).

If you don't have access to your old computers, contact support@elicense.com to reset your licenses.

Does that solve your problem?

Dang - I wish I had known to un-license the game before I got rid of the machines.

Thanks for the quick response. I just went to elicense.com and hopefully they will reset my licenses. I've been playing OOTP 6.5 - and it is the best game that I've ever played. (Never really got into OOTP 2006 - too complicated for me!)

Any guess on how long it takes the elicense people to fix my account?

Usually not too long, but it may vary a bit from case to case. I usually hear good things about their response times.
