Active Owner looking for OOTP5 league to join

Hey my name is Kip and I've been involved with online OOTP4 leagues for almost a year now. I just bought OOTP5 and am looking to join a new league, preferably one with active owners. Also I was wondering if anyone was thinking of starting a league from scratch with a complete fantasy draft and all, either real or fictional players. I am a big draft addict so if anyone is starting a league like this lemme know.
