P L A G U E !!! Inaugural Hall of Fame Class - Who will be the 1st 5 Batters?

38 seasons of the PLAGUE! dynasty have passed and I just realized that I should have had the ballot for the inaugural class of the Hall of Fame back in 1936.

C'est la vie. Different reality....different events.

Unlike the actual first class which contained only 5 players, our initial class will consist of 10 players - 5 batters and 5 pitchers. Only players who have retired in 1935 or earlier will be eligible for the inaugural class. Future classes will be determined differently, without any quota.

Since the polls only allow 15 options, I'm going to post the batters and pitchers polls separately.....first off the batters. I'll be choosing the initial candidates. Top 5 get in. Vote for as many as you like

creed, unlike the TWB polls, you need to actually vote above. Feel free to post them here as well, but I'm only counting the votes that go in up top.

4 guys are pulling ahead, but there's a neck-and-neck race for the final batters spot. Keep them votes coming!

It looks like we've had 36 people vote so far....pretty great turn out, better than most of the presidential elections. Just like IRL

2 people actually did not vote for Ruth, believe it or not. Charleston and Speaker are getting a lot of support as well, with Torriente right behind them. The battle for spot number 5 has been pretty insane. 2.5 days to go. Keep those votes coming in!!
