Auto-Aging
I haven't played with it yet enough to notice: when you use the game's auto-aging feature, do the fighter's ratings actually change a bit too, or does it merely change the career stage and not affect ratings at all?

It effects ratings in that each career stage effects a fighters ratings, but it's not visible on the ratings screen.

It changes the career stage, and then the ratings will be adjusted accordingly for each fight. So it does not change the fighter's ratings which are saved in the fighter table. It only changes them temporarily for each fight.
