League schedule file size?!

Just started sixth season of fictional league-2x8 team major,154 game schedule plus three levels of minors and noticed the following....data/saved game/FBA league/news html/ leagues/league 100 schedule 451,068kb. This seems way out of whack to me, can anybody explain?

These thread always get me all space-paranoid. Granted, I only run a solo league (relatively large single league with minors and a couple of feeders). But after reading this, once again I knee-jerk and run to my almanac settings and make sure the archive annual box is unchecked this time. I'm not even sure now if I want to save box scores and game logs.

Not really anyone's problem but my own, but this always confuses me and sets me on edge, wondering just what I'll really need in the future and if I'll be miffed that I didn't use it, or miffed that my space runs tight if I do.

I found that box scores and logs were being kept even though I hadn't checked the box. i just deleted them with no adverse effects to the game , so i guess deleting this absurdly large schedule report won't do any harm either but i just wanted to make sure.

Previously logged as 3608, as referenced.

If you are concerned about deleting it, temporarily move the file to another folder, check whatever you need to check to make yourself sure that it didn't cause any harm in your league, then go ahead and delete it.

moved the file,played the game,deleted the file,played the game....everything seems O.K
