New Baseball Sim League Looking For Commissioner

I'm gonna "run" a baseball league, but I need a commissioner. I'm gonna associate the league with my basketball league, I'll make the site and make banners, but I need someone to sim and update and be the commissioner of the league. This person needs to be responsible, and not quit. If you have your own graphic skills than it will be easier. This league will be using OOTP 5 as the Simulator. Here is a list of thing you get if you are the commissioner:
1. I will give you a Opening banner, and a front page. The front page will be like a picture. www.glorybasketball.ht.st thats the link to my BASKETBALL SIM LEAGUE, the front page will be a big picture like that and you will have text over it.
2. I will make give you banners whenever you need.
3. If you need forums, I can support you with some.
4. There will be more.....

Here is what you should have:
1. A HTML program like Dreamweaver or front page
2. A FTP client ( maybe, this isn't need that much but I know places where you can get good free ones)
3. Experiance for OOTP and you should know how to upload things.
4. AOL Instant Messenger (AIM)

League Name: I am thinking of one, but if you have a suggestion, just post it or INSTANT MESSAGE me.

Web Hosting: I'm sure OOTP can get you hosted for free, but if you have you own server, that would be great. You might not want to use something cheap and free. If you can get a subdomain from a friend with a really good host, than do that. If you can't get a host, than I can help you out because I know really cheap places such as 3 dollars a month, or maybe even free. OOTP should have free services tho, thats what I'm depending on.

I forgot to mention, if there is any special design you want, I can make it for you. My front page of GBA (www.glorybasketball.ht.st) is pretty big but I can make the baseball one smaller, or I can make an HTML page. ME, the graphic page would look nicer and alot more people would probably like it. Again here is my info:

I still need a Co Commish Who is Online alot to run this league. He would have to have OOTP 5. This is a new league, I'm not gonna help anyone with theres or make anything. Same rules as before:

I found a Commish, but I need a Co-Commish now. Heres whats going on:

We are deciding to buy a domain and space this is how much it will cost:

10 bucks a month for the space (you two will split it so thats 5 bucks for each of you). Here is the link to what you will be getting: http://www.viperwebhost.com/Shared%20hosting.htm

And we will need a domain name, and that will cost 8.95 or 7.75 a year, you will also split that.

This is very cheap. The domain name will be at another site, I will give you that if you IM me.

Thats 5 Bucks a month basically for all that stuff, if you are wonderin what the main things you get, this is what it is:
1 gig of space and 10 gigs of bandwidth. THIS SERVER IS REALIABLE:
Viperwebhost uses the higest quality servers from high end single processor servers with a minimum 512 ram to dual P4 Xeon 2.4Ghz processors with 2GB of ram and top performance SCSI hard drives.

I know him, he is a good friend and I'm on one of his other servers, its fast and its never down.
