Kuniaki Shibata
I don't know much about this fighter but boxrec credits him with victories over Ricardo Arredondo, Ben Villaflor, Vicente Saldivar and Ernesto Marcel among others. I thought retired fighters are rated as they were in their prime. No way this guy could have been a one rating in his prime.

Although I believe this rating is to low, as Shibata was a very capable fighter, the only reason I can think of is Shibata was kayoed in five of 6 career losses.

Seems like a problem rating to me ... of the 6 guys he lost two I have ratings on 4 of them ... 2 10's and 2 5's .....
A couple of wins of big rated guys .. Shibata deserves a rerate |
