Steroid Influx?
I'm just wondering if I basically screwed myself or maybe there's a way to fix this.
I set up a 24-team league, starting it in 2004, but I imported Strategies & Financial settings for 1977. I ran 2 seasons of play. Top HR hitters had hits 30-35 home runs. Pre-season 2006, I was examing the Game Setup and I was considering the checkbox for "Automatically adjust league totals modifiers after each season for historical accuracy" -- I clicked on it and it seemed like something changed on the page (not sure what). I unchecked it and moved on... Entering August 2006, the top HR hitters are current in the 40-50 HR range. Would something change because I checked and unchecked that box? Is this just the invasion of steriods into my league? What's happening (and can I fix it)??? Thanks for any advice. |

Actually...you may be using 2006 era style stats for the rest of that leagues history unless you change it. I would consider modifying 2007s values to your desired values(1977?) and checking that box again.
