Repeated Crashes, Error Message from Microsoft - Page 2

well right now i cant even start the game. it's telling me it can't find the user data path and that i need to reinstall, but i've reinstalled 3 times now and it keeps giving me the same message upon startup.

once i figure that out, the issue of it freezing non stop comes up again.
