Newbie Question - How can I commish and manage a team?

Is there a way to set this up?

Basically, I dont want to "move jobs" around. I want to take my team and manage them in a multi-season demo. I also like to have the power to edit players to tweak stats as I go, like I used to in older versions of the game.

Can I still do this?

Can I still do this?

Yes. Play in commissioner mode, but hire yourself in as a manager. Even as a GM in commissioner mode, you can still override your manager and play every game under your control if you want.

This is the part texasmame was responding to. You can do what cbbl said, but if you're playing in the demo rather than the full game, you won't get very far.
