One home run is back to back
Just had this happen a moment ago. A player of mine hit a 3-run home run, and the pxp said they went back to back. Considering it was a 3-run home run, it should be pretty clear that it was, in fact, not back to back.
I don't think it's a big deal, and it made me chuckle, but figured you'd like to know about it.
