Nation scouting problem

My apologies if this has been brought up already. My scouts are "discovering" players that retired 20-30 years ago, but are listing their age as the age at retirement. I don't know if the age thing is as designed, but the scouting isn't working correctly.

Russ, can you post some screenshots of the scouting reports and the retired player pages? I'm thinking that there may be some confusion with player ID numbers.
