I have OOTP 2007 running on my Windows Vista laptop. I have managed my team for each and every game for two full seasons and as the post season began in my third season I closed the game down and shut off my computer. The next night I turned on my computer, I opened OOTP 2007, then I clicked the continue button, The game seemed to load properly but just as it said it was 100% loaded a windows message popped up and says
"OOTP 2007 has stopped running Windows is looking for a solution", Then after about 30 seconds of searching another window pops up and says " Windows could not find a soulotion for this problem OOTP 2007 will now close" The rest of the features of OOTP 2007 seem to work. If I start a new league, or try to run another league everything seems fine. I have unistalled and reinstalled the program with the same result. Please if antone can help me out I would appretiate it very much. I have managed every inning of every game for amost three complete seasons and have grown very fond of my team, starting over is not an option. Thanks in advance for your help!! |

I'm guessing you don't have a league backup? I'm no expert, but sounds like a corrupted league folder. If you have a backup, try that. If not... I suppose wait til you find someone more helpful.

Hrm, I'm just shooting in the dark here, but try renaming your faces.dat file to faces.old (in your .lg directory) and try again.
