Commish looking for experienced help with new league

If anyone out there is interested in helping me start up a league, let me know. I haven't even bought OOTP5 yet, so it's not starting really soon, but I could use some help with a web site and owner recruitment, and the like. Preferably someone with experience commishing or helping out in a league, since I haven't run one before.

I'm the Montreal Expos of the NSBL if you'd like to see my ability in putting together and running a team from scratch. It's my first and only team.
