Historical replay/Rule 5

For anyone who has started a historical replay during the early 1900's, I was curious as to what year the rule 5 drafte kicked in during your game.

Anyone?

has anyone tested this?

or am i to assume that whenever the rule 5 was first implemented, it is first implemented in the game.

I believe that you have to manually implement rule changes such as free agency, roster size changes, and so forth - the game does not automatically make such adjustments.

Okay. If that is so, then I have Rule 5 turned on just so I could see what it would do, and it has the next Rule 5 Draft as 12-X-2007. So that is a bug

Mine did that as well, it was weird too - as it added every year.

IE

In 1901 my rule 5 was set for 2007
In 1902 my rule 5 was set for 2008
In 1903 my rule 5 was set for 2009
In 1904 my rule 5 was set for 2010
etc.

Mine was just like that. I'm using Gambo's 2.0 DB, so if that means anything...
