News bug - timing of message

Patched PC version:

Bottom of the 9th, one out. I'm about to get a complete game, but my pitcher gets a finger blister and I have to take him out - fair enough. I bring in my closer (who I had warming up) and he finishes off the game.
However, when I'm done the game, I notice a news item that states that there is a question if "Glavine will suit up for today's contest." The game then goes on to say that he was injured during yesterday's game against the Expos.

Unfortunately, he was actually injured two days previous to the message being created.

Furthermore, it states his record (6-0) from before the game and not after (7-0).

So, The game beleives that:

Glavine was injured on May 13th, when he was in fact injured on the 12th.
That he would be unlikely to suit up for a game that he had already won.
The news item was created after the game, and incorporated pre-game elements (Glavine's record) and post-game elements (his injury). Wierd, eh?

Sounds like the news was generated before the game was completed. Maybe actually at the exact time of the injury. Hmmm.

Yeah, this issue has been TTed previously and cannot be fixed at this time. The story is generated before the game completed.
