player demands trade then uses his no-trade clause

<HR style="COLOR: #3b4b7f" SIZE=1>One of my player demands a trade because he isnt in the strarting lineup but when I try to trade him he uses the no-trade clause in his contract to block any negotiations regardless of which team I try to trade him to.

Is this a bug or am I missing something.

Sounds like it's in the player logic to demand a trade if he's unhappy, and/or not getting his way regardless of his NTC. I wouldn't look at this as a bug, more so than just a threat from an unhappy player.
