"Available personnel" screen has wrong colors

Ok, guys, I looked to see if this had already been reported, logged, or reported fixed, and couldn't find it . . .

Forgive me if this is a duplicate.

The available personnel screen shows all of the ratings as red, regardless of what's the actual value is.

Not in my copy of the game. Maybe it was fixed in Patch 1?

I don't know what to say, Solonor. This is weird. I'm sitting here looking at the screen labeled "Staff Search and Shortlist" and all of the coaches/scouts/doctors ratings are dark red. This may be because on my game setup I am using scout ratings between 20-80, whereas ratings of coaches and scouts run between 0 and 20. The game seems to be interpreting the latter range as the lowest end of the former. That's all I can make out of it . . .

And it's still there after the patch.
