But my question is what does it have to do with the UTBA at that point .. if they don't fight at the level they are at you might as well just pick names out of a hat. You are basing the fighters you pick for the tourney on how they do in the season, so they should fight at the same level they are during the season.

Why not just run the EOY tourney with them all at Prime if you are going to do that?

EOY tourney = something that actually matters and has an effect on the UTBA.

PfP tourney = a little side tournament that doesn't matter in the least and was only really created because SAL wanted to see if Mickey could beat up people outside of MW.

The PfP is just for fun and bragging rights that gives us something to follow in the break between the end of the season and the playoffs.

I will update the team rosters after the individual tournaments are complete.

I added links to the bout results for the team playoffs after week 10 in the schedule. When the playoffs are over and before we start season 5, I'll move the entire season 4 schedule over to the UTBA almanac thread. That way if for any reason someone wants to take a look back, it should be somewhat easy to find. Wish I'd thought of doing this back in season one. As the league grows older and these posts get scattered throughout the threads, I'll post some links to each season schedule (and whatever else someone might want) on the first page of the almanac thread. Then you will only have to look in one place to find what you are looking for.......hopefully.

Congrats to the Haymakers and Icetea for winning their games. So can the Haymakers make it three in a row against Icetea. It'll be interesting to see.

The difference between this match and our first must be the Tua factor.

David Tua is the kiss of death in this league.

Didn't mean it that way, we just matched up well against Icetea. I'm making a few changes to my team, hopefully it doesn't hurt me too much this season.

Juggernaut was on a pretty good roll there at the end of the season but I knew Iceteaboxing was going to be a tough match up for me. I had hoped for better, mostly to prove that I belonged there. :] I think you will see pretty much the same Juggernaut team next year as this with the possible exception of a few changes of the lower rated fighters.
