Blank Scoreboard

I'm new to the game and am having the issue with the blank scoreboard. I followed the directions in the thread still blank. First, I have two subdirectories under skins, they are ootp blue 2007 and ootp classic. When I delete the skin.bin file from the blue 07 directory the game will not respond, when I do it from the classic directory the game plays but the scoreboard is still blank. I am using a historical league if that matters and I am on a pc not mac. Any idea's would be appreciated.

1. Close OOTPB
2. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\OOTP Baseball 2007\data\skins\ootp blue 2007, or whichever folder holds the skin you are using.
3. Delete skin.bin
4. Restart OOTPB

Thats what I did and if you re-read my first post you will see that the game doesn't respond if I follow those directions

After you delete the skin.bin file, it has to rebuild it. This can take several minutes where it might seem the game is not responding. Let it finish and you should be fine.

About eight minutes for me just to switch skins. Would have to think rebuilding the file would take even longer.
