Bug with hit batsman

I have encountered this twice, my batter gets beaned, a brawl ensues, my player is ejected so I'm forced to put in a pinch runner. I go to the lineup, insert my runner go back to the game and the ejected player is on first base. After the inning is over, the pinch runner or new player is inserted in the lineup, but no I've had ejected players score runs and steal bases. Just a minor thing. Thanks.
