League keeps crashing!

Already simmed through 5 seasons and no trouble. Now everytime, I try to advance past Jan 7th, 1906, it encounters a problem and has to close and i have to end the program.

EDIT: MOre details on my situation. I notice when I click on most of player's profiles, their names are totally different and no one has any stats from the last 10-15 years.

For instance, Honus Wagner is Butts Wagner and his profile comes up as Alex Voss?! The first names of all players got switched. Oh, still crashing.

Anyone know what to do?

This happened to me also. I think it was a problem when I unzipped the DB. I erased the folder and re did it. Problem solved. But I was confused for a while.

Powderguy, it seems as though some files got overwritten somehow and thus the player ID's got crossed up. Can you try to recreate a league exactly like this one, with a fresh copy of the Lahman DB, and report back if this occurs again?

Yes, that's what I'm going to do. I also think something got messed when I un-retired a couple players. I did that with Cap Anson and then he retired after 1905 and went to HOF, then I went there and he wasn't listed.

You can close this up. I just got past that date and it's working perfectly fine.
