Hispanic names showing up with historical names.

As per the thread in general, I got the idea that this wasn't working as it should, so here's my bug post in the tech support forum.

Here is my nations.txt entry for the US.

206,The United States,U.S.A.,USA,American,4,5,39,100,0,0,0,0,0,0, 123,30,716,6,125 (note there seems to be a space showing up when this is posted, but isn't actually there in the file.)

Just for this post, I'm creating a 16 team league, 2 sub leagues for testing purposes. All changes to nations.txt were done prior to starting the game.

No coaches, no scouts, no hidden players, foreign player percentage at 0. 1901 settings imported.

Here's one of the many players generated. I've attached a link to the league file as well. That file will be HERE.

Bishop, since you seem to have a server handy, could you post copies of your names and nations files?
