Cheers Romy. I appreciate the kind words. You pushed us hard this season, and there wasn't much in it. Just glad to have finally made the play-offs.

Also chuffed that Honeyghan's finally won a title. He's been cosistently good for me and it's about titme.

What happened to Darius?

I switched him out for Prince Charles Williams. I thought that Darius was the weakest of the LHWs in it and that Williams had a better career so I made the switch.

... fine then. I guess it doesn't matter anyway if the bouts don't effect the fighters' real league records. Do your thing, man.

Yeah, this is just for fun and bragging rights. Anyway, I did screw the Barbarians over on this matchup but I ended up helping y'all with Cocoa Kid. I had dropped Kid down to 27th due to his last loss and at the last minute before I posted the seedings I bumped Lupe Pintor over him. So instead of matching up with Carlos Monzon, a fight he would probably have lose, Kid got Vic a much better fight for him.

Interesting enough, Prince isnt even rated in the top 20 right now so I guess IMO Darius at this moment in time is the better boxer and their careers are comparable. No big deal though

Thanks Romy...

Since I didn't think that Pintor should even be in the tournament, I'm not worried about him making a quick exit.

It's funny that Tomato City scored a league record 507 points and really doesn't have any fighters that can be considered top guys in any weight class. (Guess I just got really lucky running up the score on a few other teams.)

I focused on more on their careers as I said before and I think Williams has had a better career then Darius. Williams is 27-2-2 in title fights and has a 22 fight winning streak both of which far surpass anything DM has done in either area. Also, Williams was the man in the Silver LHW division last year, a division which include DM, while DM has never been the best fighter in his division. DM had a slightly better year this year as he KO1 Williams and made the tournament which Williams didn't but they both had 14-6 records so I don't think it was a strong enough effort to get in over Williams.

You're welcome. I'm happy to serve up your only fighter in the PfP tournament to what is sure to be a big beating. Of course, I do disagree with you about Pintor not being in there.

It's cool man, truth be told I wanted to make the playoffs but I didn't think I really deserved to after crapping the bed in weeks 8 and 9. I'll get em back next season.
