Not understanding Larry Anderson's replay guide

On the very first page, his database shows C:\Stats2. Where is he getting that database from, or is he just creating this for game purposes? The only one I have is the Master.csv database which obviously is for real historical games. Guess I'm confused on the very first step. His website address is below for reference purposes.

That's just where he has his Lahman database stored. You have yours stored in your own location. Master.csv is what you want.
