Graphics wanted to get new players into jerseys
Hey people, I'm in an online league and am looking for a creative way to get the players I trade for into their new unis in a jpg file or something of the sort I can post to forums. Not looking for anything to actually use in game. Player pics, jersey pics, anything really would be great. Not sure if there's templates out there already being used. I don't have Photoshop or anything, but as I said, just looking for a creative way to jazz up some posts or articles I write.
Thanks for any help in advance. |

When looking at the player's profile in game, push print screen (between the F12 and scroll lock keys). Open up any photo editing program (you can get GIMP for free) and paste it in a new file (ctrl+v). Crop the image to the size of the player pic and you now have an image you can put into posts like this

I guess I should have clarified, real photos for the most part. I've seen less of that and more of just team jersey's with the players name on the back. Say Jeter was traded to the Red Sox, it'd be a Red Sox jersey with Jeter's name on it with the number 2. That kind of stuff.

Something like this:
![]() Wish I knew how the guy did it, too bad he hasn't been in that league for a long while. |

1. Open the player's profile. 2. Select "History > SION Player Page" 3. Click "Open in External Browser" 4. In your browser, right click on the player's image and select "copy image" 5. Paste it into your image editing software. It's a couple more steps, but you don't have to crop anything out of the PrintScrn image, which can be rather large if you're running at a high resolution. |

That works to a certain extent, but I picked up Ichiro, and can't make a White Sox Ichiro jersey due to "Jersey Construction Rules"

Nothing you can't work around. Just create a jersey with the correct last name and the wrong number, and then one with an incorrect last name and the correct number, and then Photoshop 'em together:

It doesn't even need to be that difficult.
If you have Firefox, you can right click on the image of the jersey in the store and select "View Image". You'll then get an image address that says: Code:
http://lp.imageg.net/prod?set=key[name],value[YOUR+NAME]&set=key[number],value[00]&set=key[displaysize],value[220]&load=url[http://chains.imageg.net/graphics/dynamic/chains/pG01-1989735_customback.chain] Not sure how to do it exactly in IE, but I'm sure you can do the same thing. |

Wow, that's awesome! You can even make jerseys with 3-digit numbers and/or rude phrases on them!
FWIW, you can also replicate that in IE by just right-clicking on the image and getting properties. Then just copy the URL and paste it into your browser and have fun. |
