How do I load from a zip file?

I have downloaded a zip file from my league but can not get it to work right. Do I unzip it? If so, where do I unzip it? Any help would be greatly appreciated....

You unzip the contents into your Documents and Settings/username/Sports Interactive/OOTP Baseball 2007/saved games directory. (I hope I got that right).
