Hello All,
I am excited to get my first OOTP 2007 league started. I am going to run a fictional league with these stats: 24 teams (2 leagues, 3 divisions each) 3 levels of Minors (A to AAA) 120 game schedule Any recommendations on how many rounds I should make the annual rookie draft? I haven't seen any formulae that I can make use of. Thanks! |

Post this in the OOTP 2007 forums for more and quicker responses.

Create 15 rounds worth of players, have a 10 or 12 round draft.

If you try Dogzilla's suggestion, please post back and tell us if it continues to work ten or fifteen years down the road. You MIGHT run out of players, and I'd like to know about it if you don't. My suggestion is sixteen rounds of draft, but you should push it as low as you can go.
