I did intend for the stars to only show up for prospects. Like Clarnzz said, you can easily make them reappear by doing a simple file copy. You can do that same for the ratings bar too.

Very simple to customize.

As far as figuring out what bmp does what...Simple answer:

trial and error

I agree Smeyers...I edited mine..I changed the Stars,The Rating Bars,and the Top Screen...I used the Marble Skins Top Black thing and copied it over the NGBL skins...I'm liking it a lot.

I really like the NGBL skin...with my little tweaks I am perfectly happy with this skin.

Sorry for the poor quality of this pic...but I had to get the file size down.
