restore Q????

I can't figure this out, and I can't find it in the manual!!

I can backup a league....how do I restore it from a backup?

And...when you backup, there is a warning that it isn't a full backup. What do I risk losing?

You cant backup your managers/GM career. A 'save as' feature would be much easier and simpler.
