PBP injury notfication glitch

Had this happen twice now in about 20 some ST games.

Situation: Dimas is the baserunner on first and batter hits ground ball to middle infield. Didn't get a screen shot but the Pbp report goes something like this..

Code:

Dimas is injured and they'll have to remove him from the game..
Smith with the 3-2 pitch..
Anderson hits the ball hard, fielded by Jones
throws to Johnson for one, over to first for two

The "Dimas is injured" line is leading the pbp instead of at the end. Both times I've seen it, it has been with a runner on first in a DP situation. I believe both times the DP was turned and I think both ground balls were to the middle infield but not sure of that.
