Face Gen

I can not get face Gen to work, and of course I think I have tried everything. I have an ATI Radeon Sapphire 1650 series vido card, with the latest available drivers (down loaded Yesterday) With the new drivers, There is still no difference. I went back and used Creation Wizard this time, ( Have been working the game in the advanced mode) and still no difference .When I go to a spot where I should see the player picture, I get my team Logo. I also cant do anything with my uniforms, as in see any previews of jerseys. It says Face Gen not initialized in other parts of the game. I forget which screen that was. It's been 8 days now since i bought the game. The other people on line have been great trying to help, but it is very, very frustrating

Also when I am in manage team logos, etc, the button in the lower left that is supposed to give me options for Jersey style only offers "uses custom jerseys" Hopefully that is something small I'm doing wrong. If I don't get this fixed I will scrap the whole thing. The Logs, Jersys Uniforms and Face Gen is one of the the only reasons I bought the game. I have been playing baseball sims for 35 years. and have plenty of others to otherwise play.I need help. Should I re-install the game with my new drivers, shouldn't the game see them? According to what I read, My video card is supposed to work with Face Gen. Will the patch change anything?
