3244 - Feeder League Player Creation - Nations

It's entirely possible I did something wrong. I post nonetheless.

After league creation, I decided to add another college feeder league, this one a more global-oriented (call it international college level) league. In the options, I elected to give this league a 75% foreign player ratio. Then, following the popup's advice, proceeded to fill the league with fictional players. Not a single foreign player in the group resulted. If I had to guess, it deferred to my parent league's percentage which is zero.

This was claimed fixed in the first patch and verified by the beta testers. If you continue to have trouble with this issue, please contact a moderator to reopen this thread.
