Salary Info-Maybe a bug

Anyone ever got this?

Remaining Salaries
2008 $2,320,000
2009 $2,320,000
2010 $380,000

I was offering this guy a contract and I pressed meet demand button and this popped up. So I offered him this contract and he accepted!

I did a search but could not find anything on this. Anyone know if this is a current issue?

The only thing I know about this is that in 2006 YOU couldn't offer this kind of deal, but occasionally the computer would be able to pull it off.

During beta there was a discussion that this kind of deal should be possible, so the bug wasn't that the computer could do it, but that you couldn't.

It would appear that now you can do it. That's all I know.
