start up problems

i downloaded the game and installed it but when i try and start the game i get nothing.no error message or anything.anyone else have this problem?could it be related to windows vista?

I believe the first time you run the game you have to right-click on the ootp icon and "run as administrator", ...or something to that effect. First time only.
