Game crashes when I open the Coaches/Managers Profile

And I think this is related to FaceGen. I have it enabled for the Coaches and when I am trying to open up a profile for a coach, the game is telling me that it is generating a picture, then the game crashes.

Has this been addressed? I've done a search in this forum and haven't found any references to it. Let me know.

Profiles of the league is the following:

-Historical league starting in 1972
-FaceGen is only turned on for Coaches/Managers
-FaceGen is not turned on for players

Has facegen worked on your PC at any point? It could be a driver issue. Have you updated your video card driver?

Additionally, the patch that is due to come out soon will resolve some other facegen issues. Regardless of that, we still need to make sure your driver is up to date to help solve this.

Problem resolved....FaceGen is on for the Coaches/Managers and now their profiles open up without the game crashing...

However, the shirt portion looks distorted...see below...

Mine did the same thing. I updated the Driver for my video card and then when it generated the pics they looked just like yours. It is a temporary fix becuase down the line the game will crash again

the patch is going to address some facegen issues so hopefully that will include this issue. Let us know after the patch.

To update:

I deleted the League file which this picture came from. Re-created the league (thank goodness this happened at the beginning and not after the league had been developed over time) and the problem hasn't been re-created.

So far, so good. I'll update if anything changes and if I have problems after the patch...
